eMedMobile was developed through grants from the National Institutes of Health (NIH),
National Institute on Aging (NIA), and the National Cancer Institute (NCI). It was
designed to help people live more comfortably and independently with chronic health
conditions, even when faced with the often daunting task of managing multiple medications.
eMedMobile is not just another service from a phone company designed to generate more fees.
In fact, your reminder calls originate right from your phone and don’t use the network at
all, so you will never use up your minutes with your reminder calls, or miss a reminder
because you were out of network coverage.
eMedMobile was developed by Leap of Faith Technologies, who is working under a contract
with NCI to deliver the service to cancer patients and patients in clinical trials.
Since 1990, Leap of Faith has been developing innovative healthcare solutions for NIH,
working with leading scientists and researchers at top universities, hospitals, and clinical
institutions. Leap of Faith’s healthcare technologies have been proven effective in guiding
patients through wellness lifestyle changes in numerous NIH-sponsored clinical trials.
